It is available as a single work station or for integration in customized production lines. 

 For feeding and guiding the material are several standard as well as customized guides available.   

The Jentschmann WeldAir™ Solo welding machine transmits the necessary heat by hot air directly to the fabrics which immediately are compressed together by two rollers.    

This is a continuous operation, whereby the speed ratio of the rollers is adjustable. 

 A special guidance device ensures accurate alignment of the fabrics and an exact seam design when welding edges or joining fabrics.  

 An Operator friendly Touch Display allows a direct entry of machine parameters and settings.   

The WeldAir™ Solo is bonding thermoplastic materials directly together while non-thermoplastic materials will be bonded by mean of hotmelt adhesive tape.  

The WeldAir™ Solo is suitable for production of endless tubes as well as for flat materials. 

Having selected the appropriate programme, the only remaining question is whether adhesive tape should be used. 

The machine is equally suitable for both applications.
