| The automatic lockstitch bartacker DA 511 covers all kinds of bartacking operations up to a sewing field size of 40 mm x 20 mm. The new control generation DA Control 4) combined with approved CNC and step motor technology stand for individual programming, easy handling and maximum reliability. The DA 511 was modified by Jentschmann to sew pre-folded pull-up straps for aluminum blinds. | ||||||||

| The strap is manually allocated to the pre-folded position and placed into a template under the foot of the bartacker. Using the foot pedal, the sewing foot is lowered and the sewing process starts. After bartacking the foot lifts again and the threat cut off automatically. | ||||||||
