Jentschmann Weldsonic™ Solo Type M
The Jentschmann Weldsonic™ Solo is a stand-alone flatbed Ultrasonic welding machine for continuous gluing of fabrics and similar materials by means of heat activated adhesive tapes and welding of thermoplastic-coated membranes with manual adjustment of the welding parameters.
Application:
Continuous bonding of technical textiles and thermoplastic coated fabrics
Concept:
The materials are placed between the sonotrode and anvil, which  is pneumatically lowered by operator using foot pedal control. Operating speed is controlled by variable speed foot pedal. Optional application specific guides align material and adhesive film. 
An integrated puller supports the material feed and compresses the bonded seam.
