Ultrasonic welding plant for continuous welding of thermoplastic coated fabrics and bonding of Acylic and Polyester awning fabrics with heat activated adhesive tape.
Application:
Continuous welding of long straight seams for hems, assemblies and reinforcement tapes on thermoplastic coated fabrics such as Screens, Soltis® etc. as well as bonding of non fuseable fabrics like acryllic awnings by means of heat activated adhesive tapes.
Concept:
Working table for spreading out the fabric lengths to be glued or welded . Continuous travelling Ultrasonic welding head. Exact alignment of material by guiding rollers and devices with specific functional application. Automatic winding up of welded fabric lengths as option.
Features:
•  Structure consisting of solid steel components and anodised aluminium profiles for receiving the linear guiding mechanism, servomotors and other devices.
•  Welding procedure: 35 kHz, 900 W ultrasonic with rotating sonotrode and anvil roller.
•  Welding speed: 3 – 20 m/min
•  Width of welding seam: 3 - 20 mm according to guide and pressure roller
•  Length of welding seam: 4000 – 10‘000 mm according to version
•  Mobile welding head synchronised with welding speed.
•  Seam press for cooling and compressing.
•  Programmable ratio of rotating sonotrode, counterpressure roller and welding head speed.
•  Individual welding parameters for start and final section of welding seam.
•  Fabric alignement: by guiding devices with integrated pneumatically lowerable guiding rollers for hems, assembly and reinforcement tapes.
•  PB Control™ for monitoring the preset welding power output during the entire welding process.
•  Computer controlled working procedure and synchronisation.
•  Input and calling of welding parameter sets for an unlimited number of applications per keyboard and display with automatic adjustment
•  Very low power consumption without power peaks
•  Environment-friendly! No microwaves, no nuisance.
