Hot Air Welding
|
Hot air welding, is a welding technique where a specially designed heat gun produces a jet of hot air that softens both the parts to be joined. A benefit of hot air welding is that the heat is applied directly into the welding seam without having contact to the material. This avoids impressions and soiling on the surface. Jentschmann uses hot air welding machines for bonding technical textiles for the garment and filter industry as well as for sun protection textiles.
