Pullers for sewing and welding machines

Pullers for a great variety of industrial sewing machines for synchronous transport of fabric during sewing process have been manufactured by Jentschmann for many decades. The drive of these pullers occurred from the sewing machine by intermittent gear units only in forward direction.

The new puller generation of Jentschmann is now driven by electronically controlled stepper-motors and allows forward and backward transport for example for back tacking. In addition to the industrial sewing machines the pullers are also used for the ultrasonic welding machines to support transport and to compress the welding or gluing seams.

Due to the independent stepper-motor drive mount of pullers on sewing machines has become much simpler as synchronisation occurs electronically and no more mechanically. 

Puller PR-1 - PR-4-RA/RF
By stepper-motor intermittent driven puller for transport of fabric on industrial sewing machines with individual infinite adjustment of the upper and lower feed. By second stepper-motor driven lower counter roller (option).
 
Application:
Supports the feed of heavy or non gliding fabrics. Supports guiding long seams.
Concept:
An intermittent driven puller belt with a grippy survace, behind the presser foot, pulls the fabric synchronously with the sewing process. A second puller roller underneath the fabric increases the traction force (option). To remove the fabric, the puller is liftet pneumatically.

•  Subsequent mounting on all current industrial sewing machines.

•  Width of the upper puller: PR1 = 8mm, PR2 = 16 mm, PR3 = 24 mm, PR4 = 32 mm.

Heavy duty single or double puller, intermittent driven by stepper-motor. Individual infinite feed adjustment of drive.
Application:
Supports the feed of very heavy or nongliding fabrics.
Supports guiding long seams.
Concept:
Single or double puller, intermittent driven by stepper- motor, for forward and backward feed, mounted on heavy duty industrial sewing machines. Individual infinite adjustment of the upper and lower feed by keyboard and display. Pneumatical lifting of puller to remove fabric.

JENTSCHMANN Puller PR 6 LongTrack
Intermittent driven puller with long track left, right or both sides of the presser foot. For perfect straight guiding of fabric. With stepper-motor forward and backward feed.
Application:
Supports the feeding and guiding of long seams.
Concept:
With stepper-motor intermittent driven puller for subsequent mounting on all current industrial sewing machines. Infinite adjustement of feed. For forward and backward feed. Long puller track left, right or both sides of the presser foot for straight guiding of fabric. Pneumatical lifting of puller to remove fabric.
