| Automatic cutting and folding installation for pull-up straps of venetian blinds |

| Application: |
| Automatic cutting into length of pull-up straps for venetian blinds with a width of 4mm - 8mm from a reel and prefolding of the loops for sewing. |
| Concept: |
| The tape is pulled off the reel by a pneumatically driven clamp. After reaching the set length the tape is cut off and the end and beginning of the subsequent tape is prefoldet for the loop to be sewn. This cutting cycle is repeated automatically until the preset number of pull-up straps has been reached. |

| • | Pull-off table with anodised aluminium profiles for housing the following components: |
| • | Linear, pneumatically driven clamp for calibrated pulling-off of the pull-up strap. |
| • | Pneumatic knife for cutting and folding the straps when exact pull-off length has been reached. |
| • | Pneumatic control unit allowing the input of individual functions or for a fully automatic working cycle. |
| • | Counter for pre-setting of the required number of straps to be cut. |
