JENTSCHMANN 6096 Hemming Combi
High speed sewing plant with mobile sewing head for assembling and hemming of awning lengths.
Application:
Semi-automatic sewing plant for precise and efficient assembling and hemming of awning lengths. Integrateable into the Jentschmann production line system.
Concept:
Table to put cut and rolled fabric lengths. The sewing head with quick change unit for guiding devices for assembling and hemming travels along the table while sewing. The fabric lengths are fixed at the beginning and the end by clamps and tightened to force the fabric into the guiding device during sewing process. By this an absolut staight seam results that answers to highest quality demands.
An automatic rewinder for winding up the sewn awning lengths to the next seam is available as option.
